Prasouda Diet and a Healthier You

Considered as one of the best diets in the world, the Prasouda Diet comes from the Mediterranean area, where the bodies of the residents in that area are envied. Since before, these people have passed on from generation to generation their lifestyle of eating healthy and getting a daily dose of active physical movement. Their secret to having a great physique is healthy food and daily exercise.

 

One may think that the Prasouda Diet is just like any other diet that deals with losing weight as the main goal. However, that’s not how this diet works. The goal of this diet is to make you look younger, feel healthier and be happier with yourself. It’s a total makeover of yourself, internal organs and out.

 

The Prasouda Diet is a lifestyle, a way of life that one needs to follow every day starting from the time that people commit themselves to this diet. You do not have to buy some expensive diet supplement that makes you wonder if it’s safe to take in or not. This program will allow you to eat the normal food that you are used to eating, only this time you are going to pick out the healthier ones. Meaning, following this type of diet will not only make you feel good about the healthier you, it’s also going to save you money as compared to the different types of diets known to man.

 

This is a sample menu of the possible foods that you are going to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner:

 

Breakfast: A small bowl of bran flakes, a blueberry muffin and a glass of orange juice (or any fruit juice of your choice)

Lunch: Chicken salad (with chunks of chicken and some lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and Italian dressing) and iced tea or lemonade

Afternoon Snack: Plain yogurt with fresh berries or any fruit-flavored yogurt

Dinner: Spaghetti and garlic bread with iced tea or lemonade

 

As you can see, the menu contains foods that we are familiar with and are not that expensive. You may even have some of these lying around in your kitchen at home.

 

Since the Prasouda Diet is based on beans and legumes and fresh fruits and vegetables, it would be best that you stick to the diet plan. Avoid processed foods and those that are high in carbohydrates as they contribute to weight gain and may even promote cardiovascular problems and diabetes. Instead, it is recommended that you eat fish that are rich in omega 3, eggs, nuts, milk and lean meats. You can eat cheese, too, provided that it is goat cheese.

 

Add in some exercise to go along with your diet so you can burn out some of your calories. The Prasouda Diet doesn’t tell you to go all out on the exercise. Walking at a comfortable pace may qualify as part of its exercise and then gradually lengthen the pace as you go along. It really is a lifestyle that people should adapt because it keeps us healthy both inside and out.
